Need to fix and add necessary functionality

We need to rotate elements. We need a delete selected element button on bar rather than on pop up menu. Selecting of wire must be smarter: all parts of wire between two elements must be selected at once even they have corners and connectors to other wires.

You should fix situations, when scheme scrolling occasionally disables, when new elements bar become partially visible.
